सप्त अश्व रथ पर सवार, अरुण सारथी साथ। तीनों लोक प्रकाशक तुम, जग के हो जगदाता॥ ॐ जय सूर्य भगवान॥
तुम्हारे रश्मि से ही जग, जीवन पाता जीव। आरोग्य देते हो सबको, भक्तों के तुम दीव॥ ॐ जय सूर्य भगवान॥

Surya Dev Aarti is performed at sunrise on Sundays (Ravivar). Devotees offer water (Arghya) to the rising sun and then sing the aarti. It can also be recited during Chhath Puja.
